Communication 21 Communication 21 Media Group Establishes Nanning Office at China-ASEAN Business Center — Strengthening Its Operational Gateway Between China and ASEA

Nanning,China– 21 August 2026.Communication 21 Media Group has officially established its China Office at the China-ASEAN Business Center, No. 10 Pingle Avenue, Nanning Area, Pilot Free Trade Zone, Guangxi Province, China, marking another significant milestone in the Group's long-term commitment to building deeper and more active industrial and commercial connectivity between China and ASEAN.

The choice of Nanning is highly strategic.

As the capital of Guangxi and the permanent host city of the China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), Nanning has developed into one of China's most important windows and frontiers for opening-up and cooperation with ASEAN. Its geographical position, institutional infrastructure, and long-established China-ASEAN economic linkages have created what has increasingly become known as the Nanning Channel for cooperation between China and Southeast Asia.

For Communication 21 Media Group, Nanning is therefore not simply another office location. It places the Group directly within one of China's most strategically important ASEAN-facing economic ecosystems.

The new office is situated within the China-ASEAN Business Center, a major platform within the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone established to strengthen economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN. The Center operates through an integrated model combining public platforms, professional services, and industrial incubation, with services spanning trade and investment, legal affairs, finance, logistics, digital information, technology incubation, talent services, international organisations, and ASEAN-language support.

Its growing ecosystem also brings together specialised China-ASEAN and RCEP-related service organisations, creating a one-stop environment for enterprises seeking cross-border trade, investment, and market development opportunities.

From this strategic base in Nanning, Communication 21 Media Group intends to operate actively throughout China, engaging industrial and commercial enterprises, associations, chambers, institutions, and strategic partners that are seeking opportunities within ASEAN.

The Nanning Office will play an important operational role in advancing the Group's two core missions — the China-To-ASEAN Initiative (中国至东盟倡议) and the ASEAN-Connect Initiative (东盟互联互通倡议).

Through the China-To-ASEAN Initiative, Communication 21 Media Group will provide Chinese industrial and commercial enterprises with a dedicated platform to promote their companies, products, and services into ASEAN, while building stronger connections with businesses, distributors, industry players, and potential partners throughout the region.

At the same time, the ASEAN-Connect Initiative continues to build the ASEAN side of this ecosystem by bringing industrial and commercial businesses across Southeast Asia onto Industry Connect, supported by an expanding regional database and powered by the technology of Catalog Connect.

Together, these two initiatives create a two-way China-ASEAN connectivity ecosystem — bringing China closer to ASEAN while simultaneously strengthening ASEAN's ability to connect with China.

The establishment of the Nanning Office also strengthens Communication 21 Media Group's ability to work directly with its growing network of Chinese partners and organisations, conduct enterprise onboarding, organise business engagement programmes, and develop market-entry and business-matching opportunities from within China itself.

Dr. (h.c.) Benny Yeo (杨镇宾博士), Founder of Communication 21 Media Group, said:

"Nanning is the natural place for us to establish a strong operational presence in China. It is one of China's most important windows to ASEAN, and its entire ecosystem has been built around strengthening China-ASEAN cooperation. Being located within the China-ASEAN Business Center puts us exactly where we need to be — at the intersection between Chinese industries seeking to go overseas and ASEAN markets looking for new products, technologies, investment, and partnerships."
"We are not establishing an office simply to have an address in China. We intend to operate actively from Nanning, work closely with Chinese enterprises and organisations, and turn our China-To-ASEAN Initiative into a practical channel through which Chinese industries can reach ASEAN. At the same time, our ASEAN-Connect Initiative will continue strengthening the ASEAN side of that bridge."
"China and ASEAN are entering a new era of economic and industrial cooperation. Our role is to make that connection more structured, more accessible, and, most importantly, capable of producing real commercial outcomes for businesses on both sides."

The Nanning Office represents an important operational foundation for Communication 21 Media Group's expanding China presence. It complements the Group's broader China expansion strategy, including the establishment of its future Shanghai Headquarters, while giving the Group an immediate ASEAN-facing base from which to actively develop business across China.
